Preparation of Croutons

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Bread
Cut the baguette into small cubes, about 1-inch in size.

Bake the Croutons
Spread the seasoned bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Stir halfway through for even browning.
Preparation of Caesar Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, minced garlic cloves, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Parmesan cheese.

Mix Well
Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Assembling the Salad

Prepare Romaine Lettuce
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water, then dry it using a salad spinner or pat it with paper towels. Chop or tear into bite-sized pieces.

Combine Salad Ingredients
In a large salad bowl, add the chopped romaine lettuce and the homemade croutons.

Dress the Salad
Drizzle the homemade Caesar dressing over the salad. Toss gently to combine until the lettuce is evenly coated with the dressing.
