Prepare the Glass
Take a rocks glass and rim the edge with black salt. To do this, moisten the rim of the glass with a little grapefruit juice and then dip it into a plate of black salt, ensuring the rim is evenly coated.

Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of 400 Conejos Mezcal and 2 oz of fresh grapefruit juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until chilled.

Serve the Cocktail
Strain the mixture into the prepared rocks glass filled with ice. Make sure to keep the black salt rim intact as you pour.

Garnish the drink with a slice of grapefruit and a fresh sprig of rosemary for an aromatic finish.
