Cooking Seafood

Sauté the Seafood
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Lobster and Scallops
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Add the scallops and cook for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Add the lobster meat and warm through for another minute. Remove and set aside with the shrimp.

Cook the Mahi-Mahi
In the skillet, add the mahi-mahi pieces and cook for about 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Remove and set aside with the other seafood.
Cooking Pasta and Sauce

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Combine Ingredients
Once the sauce has thickened slightly, add the cooked seafood and the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss everything together to coat the pasta and seafood in the sauce.

Finish with Herbs and Cheese
Add the chopped Thai basil and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss again to combine and let it heat through for another 2 minutes.
