Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Seafood

Rinse the shrimp, scallops, and white fish fillets under cold water. Pat them dry with paper towels and set aside.

  2. 2

    Chop the Herbs

Finely chop the fresh parsley and set it aside. Zest the lemon and prepare the garlic by mincing it.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Sauté the Garlic

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant but not browned.

  2. 4

    Add Seafood

Add the shrimp, scallops, and white fish fillets to the skillet. Season with salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Sauté for about 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the seafood is just cooked through.

  3. 5

    Deglaze with Wine

Pour in the white wine and lemon juice. Allow it to simmer for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce reduces slightly.

  4. 6

    Finish with Herbs

Stir in the chopped parsley and lemon zest. Cook for an additional minute to combine the flavors.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Dish

Serve the seafood mixture hot in bowls, accompanied by crusty bread and lemon wedges on the side for garnish.
