Paper Plane Recipe

Preparation

   Measure Ingredients

   Using a jigger, measure 1 oz each of WhistlePig 6-Year Rye, Bourbon or Rye, Aperol, and Amaro Nonino.

   Combine Ingredients

   In a cocktail shaker, combine the measured WhistlePig 6-Year Rye, Bourbon or Rye, Aperol, and Amaro Nonino.

   Shake the Cocktail

   Fill the cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

4. 4

   Strain into Glass

   Using a strainer, pour the mixture into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.

5. 5

   Garnish

   Place a slice of dried lemon on the rim of the glass or float it on top of the drink for garnish.
