Preparation

Combine Spirits
In a mixing glass, add 1 oz of Union ‘El Viejo’ Mezcal and 1 oz of Casamigos Reposado.

Add Bitters
Add 2 dashes of Mexican chocolate bitters to the mixing glass.

Stir
Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

Prepare Glass
Take a rocks glass and place a large ice cube in it.

Strain
Strain the chilled mixture from the mixing glass into the rocks glass over the large ice cube.

Garnish
Express the oils from a strip of orange peel over the drink and drop it in. Add 2 Luxardo cherries as a garnish.
