Chicken Sliders

Dill-Ranch Sauce

Sea Salt-Truffle Fries

Method

Chicken Sliders

  1. 1

    Marinate Chicken

In a bowl, combine buttermilk with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add chicken thighs and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.

  2. 2

    Prepare Flour Mixture

In a shallow dish, add the flour, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Fry Chicken

Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Remove chicken from the marinade, letting excess buttermilk drip off. Dredge each piece in the flour mixture, ensuring it's well coated. Carefully place chicken in the hot oil and fry for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  4. 4

    Assemble Sliders

Cut slider buns in half. Place a piece of fried chicken on the bottom half of each bun, add dill-ranch sauce, followed by pickles, red onions, and a drizzle of Truff hot sauce. Top with the other half of the bun.

Dill-Ranch Sauce

  1. 5

    Make Sauce

In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, buttermilk, dried dill weed, garlic powder, and salt to taste. Stir until smooth and refrigerate until ready to use.

Sea Salt-Truffle Fries

  1. 6

    Cook Fries

Prepare French fries according to package instructions, either baking or frying until golden and crispy.

  2. 7

    Add Truffle Oil

Once fries are cooked, drizzle with truffle oil and sprinkle with sea salt to taste. Toss to coat evenly.
