Preparing the Broth

Combine Ingredients
In a large pot, combine the chicken broth, water, soy sauce, mirin, minced garlic, minced ginger, and chopped green onions.

Simmer the Broth
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 20 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Cooking the Noodles and Preparing Toppings

Cook the Ramen Noodles
In a separate pot, bring water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually around 4-5 minutes, until tender. Drain and set aside.

Prepare Other Toppings
Slice the nori sheets, rinse the bean sprouts, and prepare bamboo shoots. Set all toppings aside.
Assembling the Ramen

Combine Broth and Noodles
In large serving bowls, divide the cooked ramen noodles evenly. Pour the hot broth over the noodles.

Add Toppings
Top the ramen with soft-boiled eggs (halved), nori sheets, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Drizzle with chili oil to taste.
