Method

Cooking the Bacon

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Turn occasionally to ensure even cooking.

  2. 2

    Drain the Bacon

Once cooked, remove the bacon from the skillet and place on a paper towel to drain excess grease.

Cooking the Eggs

  1. 3

    Scramble the Eggs

In the same skillet, crack the eggs into the remaining bacon grease. Add salt and pepper to taste. Scramble the eggs over medium heat until fully cooked, about 3-4 minutes.

  2. 4

    Add Cheese

Once the eggs are cooked, place the cheddar cheese slices on top and let melt for 1 minute.

Assembling the Sandwich

  1. 5

    Toast the Bread

In a separate skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the slices of bread and toast until golden brown on both sides.

  2. 6

    Build the Sandwich

On one slice of toast, layer the scrambled eggs with melted cheese and crispy bacon. Top with the second slice of toast.
