Method

Preparation of Fruits

  1. 1

    Prepare the Peaches

Wash and slice the fresh peaches, removing the pit. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Apricots

Chop the dried apricots into smaller pieces for better infusion.

Brewing the Tea

  1. 3

    Boil Water

In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

  2. 4

    Add Tea Leaves

Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add 2 tablespoons of oolong tea leaves. Allow it to steep for 5-7 minutes.

  3. 5

    Strain the Tea

After steeping, strain the tea into a pitcher to remove the leaves.

Combining Ingredients

  1. 6

    Mix in Fruits

Add the prepared peaches and chopped apricots to the strained oolong tea.

  2. 7

    Sweeten to Taste

Stir in honey or sugar to taste, mixing well to ensure it dissolves.

  3. 8

    Chill and Serve

Let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve over ice if desired.
