Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Boil Water

In a medium-sized pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat.

    Add Oolong Tea

Once the water is boiling, add 2 cups of oolong tea leaves to the pot.

  3. 3

    Steep the Tea

Reduce the heat to low and let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes, depending on your desired strength.

  4. 4

    Add Flavorings

After steeping, add 1 tablespoon of dried lemon myrtle leaves and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the pot. Allow it to steep for an additional 2-3 minutes.
