Prepare the Espresso

    Brew the Espresso

    Brew 2 shots of espresso using your espresso machine or coffee maker.

    Heat the Water

    In a separate kettle or pot, heat 100 ml of water until it reaches a near-boil.

Make the Chocolate Mixture

    Combine Cocoa and Sugar

    In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder with 1 tablespoon of sugar.

    Add Hot Water

    Slowly add the hot water to the cocoa and sugar mixture, stirring until smooth and well combined.

    Add Milk

    Pour in 150 ml of milk into the cocoa mixture and stir well. Heat the mixture on the stove until warm, but do not let it boil.

Combine and Serve

    Mix Espresso with Chocolate

    In a large mug, pour the brewed espresso and then add the warm chocolate mixture. Stir well to combine.

    Add Whipped Cream

    Top the mocha with 2 tablespoons of whipped cream.

    Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chocolate shavings on top of the whipped cream for an added touch.
