Preparation

    Boil Water

    In a kettle, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil.

    Prepare Tea Blend

    In a teapot or infuser, combine 2 tablespoons of Earl Grey tea leaves, 1 teaspoon of dried lavender buds, and 1 tablespoon of jasmine tea leaves.

Brewing

    Steep the Tea

    Once the water has boiled, remove it from heat and pour it over the tea blend in the teapot. Allow the tea to steep for 5-7 minutes, depending on your taste preference.

    Strain and Serve

    After steeping, strain the tea into cups, discarding the tea leaves and lavender. If desired, add honey or sugar to taste.
