    Brew Espresso

    Using an espresso machine, brew 2 oz of espresso. Ensure the coffee grounds are properly tamped for an optimal extraction.

    Boil Water

    In a small pot, bring 4 oz of water to a boil. Remove from heat once boiling.

Mixing

    Combine Ingredients

    In a heatproof glass, combine the brewed espresso and the boiling water. Stir gently to mix.

    Add Flavorings

    Stir in 1 tsp of sugar and 0.5 tsp of vanilla extract into the espresso-water mixture until fully dissolved.

Serving

    Garnish

    Top the drink with 2 tbs of whipped cream and sprinkle 1 tsp of cocoa powder over the whipped cream for garnish.
