Coffee Brew

Method

Coffee Brew

  1. 1

    Combine Coffee and Water

In a large pitcher or jar, combine 1 cup of coarsely ground coffee with 4 cups of cold water. Stir gently to ensure all the coffee grounds are saturated.

  2. 2

    Steep the Coffee

Cover the pitcher or jar with a lid or plastic wrap and let it steep at room temperature or in the refrigerator for about 12 to 24 hours, depending on your desired strength.

  3. 3

    Strain the Coffee

After steeping, strain the coffee concentrate through a fine mesh sieve or a coffee filter into another pitcher or jar. Discard the used coffee grounds.

Serve

  1. 4

    Prepare to Serve

Fill a glass with ice cubes (about 1 cup of ice).

  2. 5

    Dilute the Coffee Concentrate

Pour the cold brew concentrate over the ice, filling the glass halfway. You can adjust the amount based on your taste preference.

  3. 6

    Add Milk and Sweetener (Optional)

If desired, add milk or cream to taste, and sweeten with your choice of sweetener. Stir well to combine.

  4. 7

    Enjoy!

Your refreshing cold brew is ready to be enjoyed. Serve immediately and savor the smooth flavor.
