Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all the ingredients. Make sure the pineapple is fresh and cut into bite-sized chunks.

  2. 2

    Brew the Tea

In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add the Pouchong tea leaves. Let it steep for about 3-5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Mix Coconut and Pineapple

In a blender, combine the coconut milk and pineapple chunks. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  4. 4

    Sweeten the Mixture

Add honey or sugar to the coconut and pineapple mixture. Blend again until fully incorporated.

Assembly

  1. 5

    Combine the Tea and Mixture

Strain the brewed tea to remove the leaves and pour it into a large pitcher. Slowly mix in the coconut and pineapple blend. Stir gently to combine.

  2. 6

    Serve

Pour the Coconut Pouchong into glasses over ice if desired. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lime slices for added freshness.
