Main Ingredients

Dill Aioli

Method

Chicken Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Chicken

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place them on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Slice the Chicken

Once the chicken has rested, slice it into thin pieces.

Dill Aioli Preparation

  1. 3

    Mix the Aioli

In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, fresh dill, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined. Set aside.

Assemble the Sandwich

  1. 4

    Toast the Ciabatta

Cut the ciabatta rolls in half and toast them until golden brown, either in a toaster or under the broiler for a few minutes.

  2. 5

    Build the Sandwich

Spread a generous amount of dill aioli on both halves of the toasted ciabatta. Layer sliced chicken, roasted red peppers, provolone cheese, and mixed greens on the bottom half. Top with the other half of the ciabatta.
