Prepare the Chicken Patties

    Mix Ingredients

    In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

    Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.

    Cook Patties

    Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).

Prepare Toppings

    Slice Avocado

    Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice it into thin pieces.

    Slice the jalapeño in half, remove seeds for less heat, and chop into thin slices.

    Cut the tomato into thick slices.

Prepare Cumin Aioli

    In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, cumin, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.

Assemble the Burger

    Lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

    Spread a generous amount of cumin aioli on the bottom half of the bun. Place the cooked chicken patty on top, followed by slices of avocado, jalapeño, tomato, and crumbled feta cheese. Finally, place the top half of the bun to complete the burger.
