    Brew the Jasmine Tea

    In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and add jasmine tea leaves or tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes, then strain and set aside to cool.

    Prepare the Blackberries

    Wash 2 cups of blackberries under cold water and gently pat them dry. Reserve 1 cup of blackberries for garnish.

    Combine Ingredients

    In a blender, add the prepared blackberries, cooled jasmine tea, honey, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and well combined.

Serving

    Serve the Drink

    Pour the blackberry-jasmine mixture into glasses. Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves and the reserved blackberries. Serve immediately over ice if desired.
