Preparing the Meatballs

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Mix the Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped mint, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.

Form the Meatballs
Using your hands, shape the mixture into small meatballs, about the size of a golf ball, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roast the Meatballs
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for about 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and browned on the outside.
Preparing the Tzatziki Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, chopped dill, and lemon juice.

Season the Sauce
Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.

Chill the Sauce
Cover the tzatziki sauce and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
