Prepare Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.

Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined. Do not overmix; a few lumps are fine.

Heat the Pan
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease it with butter or cooking spray.

Cook the Pancakes
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
