Prepare the Marinade
In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Marinate the Fish
Place the Gulf Red Snapper fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the fish. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).

Prepare the Vegetables
Toss the trimmed asparagus and halved cherry tomatoes with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Grill the Vegetables
At the same time, place the asparagus and cherry tomatoes on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
Serving

Plate the Dish
Once cooked, carefully remove the fish and vegetables from the grill. Place the fish on a serving platter alongside the grilled vegetables.

Garnish with lemon wedges and sprinkle fresh parsley over the top. Serve immediately while hot.
