Preparation of Greens

Wash the Greens
Thoroughly wash the dandelion greens, Swiss chard, and kale under cold running water to remove any dirt or grit.

Chop the Greens
Once washed, chop the dandelion greens, Swiss chard, and kale into bite-sized pieces.
Cooking the Greens

Sauté the Greens
In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped greens and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until wilted and tender.

Season the Greens
Once the greens are cooked, remove them from heat and season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer them to a serving bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining olive oil and lemon juice until well combined.
