Method

Preparation of Ingredients

  1. 1

    Prepare the Olives

Place the mixed olives in a small bowl. If desired, drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with herbs like oregano for added flavor.

  2. 2

    Slice the Loukaniko Sausage

Remove the casing from the loukaniko sausage and slice it into bite-sized pieces or thin rounds. Arrange them on a serving platter.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Feta Cheese

Crumble or cut the feta cheese into small cubes and place them on the serving platter alongside the sausage.

Prepare the Crostini

  1. 4

    Slice the Baguette

Cut the French baguette into 1/2 inch slices on a diagonal to create crostini.

  2. 5

    Toast the Crostini

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the baguette slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. Brush both sides with olive oil. Toast in the oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown, turning halfway through.

Assemble the Charcuterie Plate

  1. 6

    Arrange the Ingredients

On a large serving board or platter, arrange the prepared olives, sliced loukaniko sausage, and feta cheese. Add the toasted crostini around the edges.

  2. 7

    Serve

Serve immediately, allowing guests to help themselves to the olives, sausage, cheese, and crostini.
