Wings

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Wings

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil. Toss until the wings are evenly coated with the seasoning.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Bake the Wings

Spread the seasoned wings out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.

Saucing

  1. 4

    Sauce the Wings

Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven. In a large bowl, add your choice of sauce (Buffalo, Barbecue, or Honey Garlic). Toss the wings in the sauce until they are evenly coated.

  2. 5

    Serve

Serve the sauced wings hot, garnished with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing if desired.
