Clean the Shrimp
Rinse the Argentinian red shrimp under cold water. Remove the shells and devein the shrimp if necessary.

Cook the Shrimp
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cleaned shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque. Drain and transfer to an ice bath to stop the cooking process. Let them cool for about 5 minutes.

Prepare the Cocktail Base
In a large bowl, combine the cooled shrimp with the Bloody Mary mix. Add the juice of 1 lime and sprinkle in the Tajín seasoning. Toss gently to coat the shrimp evenly.

Adjust Seasoning
Taste the mixture and adjust the seasoning with more Tajín or lime juice if desired.

Plate the Shrimp Cocktail
Arrange the shrimp cocktail in a serving dish or individual cups. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and lime wedges.

Serve the shrimp cocktail immediately while chilled, allowing guests to squeeze additional lime juice over their servings if desired.
