Infuse the Pandan
In a small pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add the pandan leaves and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and strain the liquid, discarding the leaves. Allow the pandan infusion to cool.

Juice the Citrus
Squeeze fresh limes and oranges to extract 1 oz of lime juice and 1 oz of orange juice. Set aside.

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Barbados rum, Jamaican rum, cooled pandan infusion, coconut milk, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, and fresh orange juice.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill and combine all ingredients.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass or a tiki mug filled with crushed ice.
