Directions

1

Prepare the Glass

Start by chilling a cocktail glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and letting it sit while you prepare the drink.

2

Mix the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of gin, 1 oz of plum wine, 1 oz of red aperitif, and 1 oz of sangrita. Add 1 tsp of honey and 1 tsp of fresh lime juice to the shaker.

3

Shake Well

Add ice cubes to the shaker, filling it about halfway. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.

4

Strain and Serve

Remove the ice water from your chilled cocktail glass. Using a strainer, pour the mixed drink into the glass.

5

Garnish

Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass for added flavor and presentation.
