Method

Fish Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Fish

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Add the fish fillets and coat them evenly. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Fish

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the fish for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flaky. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.

Cabbage Slaw Preparation

  1. 3

    Make the Slaw

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Toss well to combine and set aside.

Chipotle Sauce Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Chipotle Sauce

In a blender or food processor, combine Greek yogurt (or sour cream), chipotle peppers, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt. Blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Taco Assembly

  1. 5

    Assemble the Tacos

Warm the corn tortillas on a skillet for a few seconds on each side. Place grilled fish on each tortilla, top with cabbage slaw, and drizzle with chipotle sauce.

  2. 6

    Serve

Serve the tacos with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.
