Prepare Strawberries
Wash and hull the strawberries. Cut them in half and place them in a blender.

Juice Oranges
Cut the oranges in half and use a citrus juicer to extract the juice. Add the fresh orange juice to the blender with strawberries.

Juice Lime
Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice into the blender, ensuring to remove any seeds.

Add Coconut Milk
Pour the coconut milk into the blender with the strawberries and juices.

Add Castor Sugar
Add castor sugar to the mixture in the blender. Adjust the quantity based on your sweetness preference.

Blend all the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy.
Serving

Pour and Serve
Pour the Cayo Coco mixture into glasses. If desired, garnish with a slice of lime or a whole strawberry on the rim. Serve chilled.
