Prepare the Broccolini
Blanch the broccolini in boiling salted water for about 2-3 minutes until bright green. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.

Make the Sauce
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the roasted garlic cloves and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the crushed tomatoes and Calabrian chilies. Season with salt to taste and let simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked penne and blanched broccolini to the skillet. Toss everything together, adding reserved pasta water as needed to achieve desired sauce consistency.

Finish with Fresh Herbs
Remove from heat and stir in the fresh oregano. Serve hot, topped with freshly shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano.
