Citrus & Fruit Base
Sweeteners & Syrups
Carbonation & Sparkle
Aromatics & Garnish
Optional Floral & Herbal Notes
Method
Prepare the Base
- 1
Juice and combine
In a pitcher, combine the fresh orange juice, fresh pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, and cranberry juice. Stir to blend the flavors evenly.
- 2
Add the simple syrup (or agave) and grenadine to the juices. Taste and adjust sweetness: add up to 1 tablespoon more syrup if you prefer sweeter mocktails.
Chill and Carbonate
- 3
Add the chilled club soda and optional ginger beer to the juice mixture just before serving to preserve carbonation. Stir gently to combine so you do not flatten the bubbles.
- 4
If using elderflower cordial or orange blossom water, add now and stir once. Add non-alcoholic bitters if using, no more than 2 drops each, and stir gently.
Assemble & Garnish
- 5
Fill four tall glasses with about 1/2 cup of ice cubes each (divide the 4 cups of ice among the glasses).
- 6
Place one orange slice and one lime wheel into each glass, tucking them against the inner wall so they are visible.
- 7
Pour the chilled, carbonated juice mixture evenly into the four glasses, leaving about 1/2 inch at the top for the garnish and to avoid overflow.
- 8
Gently clap a few mint leaves between your palms (this releases aroma) and garnish each glass with 1-2 mint leaves and a maraschino cherry on top.
- 9
- 10
Serve immediately with straws and stirrers so guests can mix if they prefer a more uniform flavor.
