Creamy Alfredo sauce over fettuccine pasta.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Fettuccine

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Prepare the Alfredo Sauce

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.

Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta evenly with the Alfredo sauce.

Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
