In a heatproof bowl, combine the dark chocolate and heavy cream. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water (double boiler) and stir until melted and smooth.

Using a melon baller or a spoon, scoop out small portions of the chilled chocolate mixture and roll them into balls using your hands.
