Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pasta

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Seafood

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Then add the scallops and shrimp, cooking until the scallops are golden brown and shrimp are pink, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove seafood from the skillet and set aside.

  3. 3

    Make the Sauce

In the same skillet, add the white wine, grape tomatoes, capers, and olives. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes until the tomatoes soften. Season with salt and black pepper.

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Return the scallops and shrimp to the skillet, add the chopped basil, and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.

  5. 5

    Serve

Toss the cooked linguine with the seafood mixture. Serve immediately, garnished with additional basil if desired.
