Antipasto Ingredients

Method

Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Antipasto

Start by slicing the sweet melon into wedges and the organic tomatoes into thick slices. Arrange them on a large platter.

  2. 2

    Add Prosciutto and Mozzarella

Drape the thinly sliced Parma prosciutto over the melon and tomatoes. Cut the homemade mozzarella into slices and place it alongside.

  3. 3

    Garnish with Basil

Tear fresh basil leaves and sprinkle them over the antipasto for added flavor and presentation.

  4. 4

    Prepare Grilled Calamari

In a bowl, combine minced garlic, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Add the calamari and marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  5. 5

    Grill the Calamari

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated calamari for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are opaque and have nice grill marks.

  6. 6

    Serve

Place the grilled calamari on the platter with the antipasto and serve immediately.
