Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Branzino

Season both sides of the Branzino fillets with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Garlic

In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  3. 3

    Cook the Fillets

Add the seasoned Branzino fillets to the skillet. Sauté for 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  4. 4

    Deglaze the Pan

Remove the fillets and set aside. In the same skillet, pour in the white wine and lemon juice. Scrape the bottom of the pan to release any browned bits. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Make the Sauce

Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, chopped parsley, and thyme to the skillet. Stir until the butter is melted and the sauce is well combined.

  6. 6

    Serve

Return the Branzino fillets to the skillet, spooning the sauce over them. Top with the jumbo lump crab meat and let it warm through for 1-2 minutes before serving.
