1. Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, chopped fresh rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture over the lamb chops and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2. Grill the Lamb Chops

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

3. Make the Port Wine Reduction

In a saucepan, bring the Port wine to a boil over medium heat. Reduce to a simmer and let it reduce by half. Add additional minced garlic and rosemary, and simmer for another 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

4. Serve

Place the grilled lamb chops on a serving platter and drizzle with the Port wine reduction sauce. Serve hot.
