Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Fish

Place the whole branzino in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the fish, ensuring it's well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a charcoal grill, allow the coals to burn down until they're covered with white ash.

  4. 4

    Grill the Fish

Remove the fish from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and has nice grill marks. Place lemon slices on the grill during the last few minutes of cooking for added flavor.

  5. 5

    Serve

Carefully fillet the fish at the table, drizzling with additional lemon-infused olive oil from the marinade. Serve with grilled lemon slices.
