    Make the Peach Purée

    In a blender, blend fresh organic peaches until smooth. If the peaches are not sweet enough, you can add a little sugar or honey to taste.

    Combine Ingredients

    In a large pitcher, combine the peach purée with Prosecco. Gently stir to mix the ingredients without losing the fizz.

    Serve

    Pour the Bellini mixture into champagne flutes. Garnish with a slice of fresh peach on the rim of each glass.
