Wings Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- 2
Season and Coat Wings
In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, and black pepper. Toss the chicken wings in the flour mixture until evenly coated.
Frying Wings

Heat Oil
In a deep frying pan or fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 375°F (190°C).
- 4
Fry the Wings
Carefully add the coated chicken wings to the hot oil in batches, frying for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Use a thermometer to ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove wings and drain on paper towels.
Buffalo Sauce Preparation

Make the Buffalo Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, stir in the hot sauce, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until well combined and heated through.

Prepare Blue Cheese Dressing
In a bowl, combine the blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until creamy and smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Toss Wings in Buffalo Sauce
In a large bowl, toss the fried wings with the prepared buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- 8
