Preparation of Cauliflower

Cut the Cauliflower
Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower head. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Make the Batter
In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.

Coat Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are well-coated. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake Cauliflower
Bake the coated cauliflower in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Prepare Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Once melted, add the buffalo sauce and stir until combined.

Once the cauliflower is baked, remove it from the oven and toss it in the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
