Tenderloin Tips and Glaze
Method
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Tenderloin Tips
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the beef tenderloin tips with salt and black pepper. Add the beef to the skillet and sear on all sides until browned, about 4-5 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Marsala Glaze
In the same skillet, add minced shallots and garlic. Sauté until softened, about 2 minutes. Pour in the Marsala wine and beef broth, scraping the bottom of the skillet to deglaze. Simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce reduces slightly.

Assemble the Dish
To serve, spoon creamy polenta onto plates, top with Marsala glazed tenderloin tips, garnish with fried leeks, and sprinkle crumbled feta on top.
