Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Spinach

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the fresh spinach and blanch for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Drain and cool under cold water, then chop finely.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Artichokes

Drain and rinse the canned artichoke hearts. Chop them into small pieces.

  3. 3

    Mix the Dip Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.

  4. 4

    Add Remaining Ingredients

Stir in the chopped spinach, artichokes, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly mixed.

Baking

  1. 5

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.

  2. 6

    Bake the Dip

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the dip is bubbly.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve with Chips

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
