Preparing the Wings

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the Chicken Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Arrange on Baking Sheet
Place the chicken wings on a wire rack set over a baking sheet, making sure they are spaced out and not touching.

Bake the Wings
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.

Toss in Buffalo Sauce
Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and place them in a clean bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.

Wash and cut the celery sticks into 3-4 inch pieces for serving.

In a medium bowl, combine blue cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
