Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.

  2. 2

    Prepare the French Toast Mixture

In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.

  3. 3

    Cook the French Toast

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in the skillet over medium heat. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for a few seconds. Place the soaked bread in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Repeat with the second slice, adding more butter as needed.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Eggs

In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook them to your liking (fried, scrambled, etc.), seasoning with salt to taste.

  5. 5

    Serve

Plate the French toast, top with the cooked eggs, and add the crispy bacon. Drizzle with maple syrup if desired.
