Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and dice the potatoes into small cubes. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add the diced potatoes. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Meat

In the same skillet, add the ham, bacon, or sausage patty and cook until browned and cooked through. This usually takes about 3-5 minutes depending on the type of meat. Remove from skillet and keep warm.

  3. 3

    Fry the Eggs

In the same skillet, add a tablespoon of butter and let it melt. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your desired doneness (sunny-side up, over-easy, etc.). Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. 4

    Toast the English Muffin

While the eggs are cooking, split the English muffin in half and toast it until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Dish

On a plate, place the toasted English muffin halves. Top each half with the meat of your choice, followed by the crispy home-fried potatoes, and finish with the fried eggs on top. Serve immediately.
