Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Season the New York Strip steak with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Cook the Steak

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest.

  3. 3

    Cook the Eggs

In the same skillet, add butter and crack the eggs into the pan. Cook to your liking (sunny-side-up, over-easy, etc.).

  4. 4

    Prepare O.P. Potatoes

In a separate pot, cook the O.P. potatoes until golden and crispy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. 5

    Toast the English Muffin

While the potatoes are cooking, split the English muffin and toast it until golden brown.

  6. 6

    Plate the Dish

On a plate, serve the New York Strip steak alongside the cooked eggs, a mound of O.P. potatoes, and the toasted English muffin.
