Continental Divider Skillet Ingredients

Method

Continental Divider Skillet Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potatoes

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced O.P. potatoes and cook until golden brown and tender, about 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.

  2. 2

    Add Chicken

Once the potatoes are cooked, add the diced grilled chicken to the skillet and mix well with the potatoes. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.

  3. 3

    Cook the Eggs

In a separate pan, cook the eggs to your preference (scrambled, fried, or poached). Set aside.

  4. 4

    Make the Sausage Gravy

In a small saucepan, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned. Sprinkle flour over the sausage, stirring for 1-2 minutes. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Season with salt and black pepper.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Dish

Once everything is cooked, layer the potato and chicken mixture on a plate. Top with cooked eggs and generously pour the sausage gravy over the top. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
