Clean the Seafood
Rinse the shrimp, mussels, and calamari under cold water. Remove the shells from the shrimp and clean the mussels, discarding any that are open. Slice the calamari into rings.

Sauté the Aromatics
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent. Then add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.

Add Vegetables
Add the sliced bell peppers and chopped tomatoes to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes until the vegetables soften.

Cook the Seafood
Add the cleaned shrimp, mussels, calamari, and fish fillets to the skillet. Pour in the white wine and lemon juice. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir gently to combine.

Cover the skillet and let it simmer for about 7-10 minutes until the seafood is cooked through and the mussels have opened. Discard any mussels that remain closed.
